Degus are unique creatures whose natural diet consists largely of hay and other vegetables. Based on a blend of high quality Timothy and Alfalfa Hays, this diet provides the high quality nutrition needed for the foundation of a complete daily diet.

Hay is the staple of the natural degu diet and should be available to your pet at all times.
Oxbow or JoJo Premium Select Western Timothy Hay or Orchard Grass Hay or Alfalfa King Oat, Wheat and Barley Hay is a perfect compliment to this degu formula, and can be fed freely on a daily basis.
Feeding Directions: Feed each individual degu approximately 1 ounce (2-1/2 level tablespoons) of pellets per day. Lactating females should be offered food at all times. Remove and discard any uneaten food each morning. Fresh water should always be available. Store sealed in a cool dry place.
